Medicare First is proud to declare that we are in partnership with Graduate Fast Track to help get graduates into work. We are actively addressing the national statistic of 20% of recent graduates being unemployed. This year alone we have offered two graduates’ positions within Medicare First, where they will be trained and given the opportunity of a career in a market leading recruitment firm in the heart of the City of London.

We have worked hard to develop internal practices to on-board new recruits and adapt our induction towards the needs of graduates.

Our intention is to progress the graduate intake scheme and provide new opportunities for those who are having difficulty in today’s employment landscape. Our Directors will be visiting and presenting at colleges and universities around the country to broadcast the prospects that exist at Medicare First and within recruitment industry as a whole. This year alone we will aim to take on at least another five graduates which will represent 7% of our staff total.
